Thanks for the 2 cents. You see I agree with you, If you would have read my post a little closer. You must be slipping. <gg>

Most companies do long term planning but they all have to adjust as the go along, things can change pretty fast, especially in high tech.

I was reading the article about Intel moving most of the production to 0.25 Micron processing. You probably already read this on the main thread, but what stuck out to me was this little bit (below). I don't think we have much to worry about. Craig has made his mark on the manufacturing end. I assume he will make his mark on the company as a whole, just give it some time.

Keep in mind Intel does invest in Cnet, but they are pretty neutral, they REALLY trashed celeron when it came out.
