Mexico wasn't the problem. The trial results disclosed at the AUA were not so hot once you read the fine print. Viagra is clearly effective for the spectrum of ED. Vasomax was limited to mild/moderate cases and its effect is arguably still buried in the noise from placebo. With the efficacy not really clearly established, the odds on an NDA approval, while not disappearing, just got taht much longer.
But back to the real fun stuff. Technicals!! Where's the next support?!

The results did not show significant improvement over placebo. It was only 12%. As one of ZONA's long absent bulls once pointed out to me on this thread, the efficacy rate is often much lower in the patient population once a drug is marketed. The FDA is aware of this, so 12% is not a convincing level of efficacy. Also, there was no dose response (40mg vs 80mg were the same)which is also indicative of a drug that is not effective. Mexico is a joke. If you want to pay the appropriate fees, you can sell anything in Mexico as long as you prove it won't kill anyone.
