Hi Hutch, thanks for the link to what appears to be an average guy trying to make money when the exchanges and the brokers are stacked against him. I think it's sabre rattling by the exchange, if everyone would support the guy in any threatened suit I believe the exchanges would back off (they have much more at stake than one individual) The last thing they need is to air their linen hence the threatening tactics. regards, Terence Mitchell

Hutch, Thanks for the post. I know how that guy feels as I have gotten slightly more subtle threats. The truth is a terrible thing to waste. I support Davis 100%. Those who speak the truth should not be afraid as long as they speak the truth. I suggest he consult counsel and keep the faith but I can understand his concerns. This is a shame that should not go by in silence. FWIW 1King

That's too bad because what Porter posts is tantamount to a free education. It was usually a bit over my head but I sometimes got the gist of what he was talking about. I guess in some circles that is considered dangerous. But good healthy cynicism has to start somewhere. Needless to say he has my support.
