Off Topic (Greenspan) I wouldn't want to be in his shoes. There is a Congressional election coming up in the Fall---even less reason to raise rates. He'll do it only if the currency rotation forces his hand. The idea of a lowering of rates is intriguing. Perhaps if the Yen got up to 160 to the $$$. Or if short term interest rates steepened out the curve. The only thing certain is that the business cycle hasn't been repealed by the great productivity increases obtained when you install Win98. <GGGGG>
