I can tell you whom was doing some of the buying recently, according to this information from www.insidertrader.com . The President of CHGO bought 2,500 shares at $2.03 during the week of 5/22, and just reported.

This may not seem like much, but open market buys by insiders are very bullish signs, and much more meaningful than sales. Sales usually are insiders selling stock obtained with their stock options, which are a big part of their compensation.
