Hi Everyone! I'm finally back from vacation. I had very limited
SI access (very frustrating), but I was able to sneak a peek here and
there.

What we are trying to determine is the earliest reasonable date that an announcement *could* be made. That time window is now open, by my earlier argument.

The issue of whether the time is right is a different argument. However, if LU were in a hurry then the time is right now. One can only guess as to what happens. I watch with interest.
