Now Steve, if I were with Caye Chapel I would want those financials PRIOR to the consolidation. Does it make any sense to you that Caye Chapel is going to takeover a company for which they do not have current financials. It sure doesn't make any sense to me.

But then again, what if some of the people behind Caye Chapel just happen to be the same people already involved with Oilex?
