"Response to Suggestion" >> we need a code or something to place at the beginning of each post heading << In the days of the Amati thread (which is still alive even though Amati got absorbed by Texas Instruments--which I think represents one of the benefits of excellent participation in a thread by excellent people--it gives the thread a life over/above/beyond the company it tracks) people would put a header in their posts that warned others if it was "off topic". But not everyone complied--and no one could make them. Bottom line, IMHO, the ONE who started this thread provided the code for its use. Pretty much anything goes except, well, re-read the title and the opening post. Trying to establish too many (or even any more) rules of order can create other problems. I think superdow's post 11118 suggestion is good, and it puts the "problem" in the lap of those who can most probably solve it. BTW, Welcome aboard the starship DGIV! And thanks for sharing your POWs. (Didn't mind being forced to read them at all.<g>) --dch
