I have been wonering how to respond to the negatives that Bill guy has been spouting, you can not be topped. Now, is this newtech mining a viable investment, is the main question. Contrary as I get sometimes, I look at many sides to find answers. Here is my take as a last year PP member in the crew. The last YEAR Private Placement guys are selling their free floating shares which all carry with them a half warrant to buy some replacement shares. At the AGM he was talking about ( Mike A ) the fact that one could do this and that with the current. If and when, I think that PP are not allowed to be talked about publically, so I will talk this way. I still have all my warrants and all my last years PP shares. I think some folks like me, do not. I think those people still have their warrants. I also think that those same people might of been more willing to hold on as we last year guys are happy in that we actually got free floating shares and warrants that strike a good year more THAN originally intended. Management performed in that regard as promised, so a part of credibility is given FROM all holders of that part of the MGAU stockholders to this management. And with the sector being heavey hit, it is that one thing that allows track record to be looked at with favor that will allow new financing to maintain a junor gold company. I see the price going down for one reason, that is a conversation process that allow new guys to get new THIS YEARS thingy! So, what does that mean to DESERT DIRTS and ebb and flow. Who knows, maybe some folks don't hold and think like I do. Maybe they jump around ( buy then sell or SELL then BUY) and replace and subscribe and do and redo. Take old money from new money and re-replace money ! So, the world goes around.
