I like the company Russell ,, I understand that it has a legit float ,, a niche measuring tools business with impressive clientels.. A full reporting company ,,very unusual for a penny stock,, also hear that the most recent financials will be filed with Edgar in a day or two ,,I spoke to CEO as I am in the process of doing a DD ,, he was confident about the numbers they will be posting. I also heard that they have done over 3 million dollars this year and are waiting on a 20 million dollar government deal .. As to why these shares are so cheap ,, ceo was an old grumpy man and would not divulge anything more that what was under SEC obligation ,, I checked out their web site ,,10k and 10Q ,, If you have invested in this company ,,I don't see any risk here Russell .. There is a DYNS thread here on SI ,,but not much is being discussed there.
