I apologize to those out there who have fallen in love with this stock. But ...

Vocaltects business/campus oriented software including conferencing, whiteboard, web based calling, etc. is not winning converts in this overcrowded market. None of their software is going great guns. Its become a dime-a-dozen market. Give the razor away so you can sell razor blades. Same thing with IP Telephony software the communications revenue that goes with it - and I don't limit this to telephone communications only. I've never owned a stock that relied so much on unsubstantiated rumor. Flash, Microsoft is looking at it for NT - yea.

Vocaltec has all their eggs are in one "gateway" basket which has many big name, deep pocket competitors. Even if Vocaltec had the best, that isn't enough. The big companies are making this market.

Meanwhile, lets see if PR can get a little more time for the insiders to dump their stock before the price really slides. $12.00/share is getting very close.

the typical PR side.I really didn't like it but then she probably didn't like the letter I sent to them.So Be it.So it shall be done.
