"financing not an issue"??

I've been saying for weeks that "financing IS an issue" .. the only
thing I remember saying was relaying the CEO's position that

the debenture shareholders weren't going to be an issue any longer
cuz the were getting 2 financing deals..

1 to pay off the debenture holders for good and 1 I guess to lock in
some deals that they are in negotiations with..

TOP DOG pulled out its support because of a few reasons.. but NOT
seeing proof that they have the financing has been one of them..

please don't spread unfounded rumors about others unless you're clear
about an issue.. and I'd prefer you directly msg me if you are going
to question me... of course, you're free to do as you will.. I'm
just asking you to if you don't mind...

take care T.BILL! no harm done :)

"Exactly what does "financing was not an issue" mean!!"

I was told the same thing buy ICC. PKGP does not need financing from an outside source to stay in business. ( This by itself is great news. ) They would need financing to make additional acquisitions though. People on this thread (and probably the shorts too) thought that without financing the company would go belly up. Not So. Big things are in the works and we will hear about them before the end of the month, IMO. New IR firm, positive financials - and most important - this company has integrity.

As far as the drop in price, IMO we would see much lower prices if this company was not kosher. Can you imagine how many limit buy orders are sitting a 1/16th right now? Funny that you don't see them drop down to sell us shares at that price. My limit buy order is for 500,000. @ 1/16. That's on top of what I already have. Watching the activity on this stock tells a lot. A 200,000 share buy has the same upside % move as a 2,000 share sell on the downside.

You see it's a "tug of war" between the shareholders and the MM's and/or shorts. The company acts as the rope. Now we know in this case the rope is strong and will be here long after the tug is over. Along with some very happy LONGS.
