David,
I have talked to CEO only a month ago and have came to conclusion that it is best left alone.
I have known this company since a year ago from warehouse to paper cup manufacturing and now to go in between the FedEx , DHL , Skypak and the mail packing centers,, they have no financing, means to set up infrastructure nor cohesive business plans to make it work ,, as you buy and buy you will find millions and millions of paper coming out of the closet as this stock has been hyped in the corridors of internet by paid toutist,,one even had ceo call me as I can see ceo was more involved with every minute tick of the stock then actually going out shirt sleeve rolled up and running the business ,, on that last great feeble run attempt of few weeks ago ,, besides who in the right ,mind would short this silly 5 cent stock .. they keep reinventing them selves over and over.. trust me David there are far far more legit companies than this bag of angst.. a ware housing company ,,paper cup manufacturer,, mail center ,, now skypak discount whole seller in between the shipper and carrier ,,why the hell would DHL and FedEx give them a commission ..

I have better use for my money.

PS we also fell for their PR scheme this year as well ,, in February ,,

>>The Dec filing says they have just under 10 million shares (incredibly low) , but it is true that since then there have been perhaps 10-30 million more shares added. It apparently is really hard to know for sure. <<

David, I would guess this is the heart of the problem. If the company cannot say for sure how many shares there are or will be, then investors will remain skeptical and scared. The company should know and should clarify. Are you saying when the name change takes place that these 10-30M shares will not be valid--had the company stated this publicly?

I know Joe looked into the company and was less then satisfied. However, if the outstanding shares matter was cleared up, I am sure tht would go a long way toward easing investor's concerns.
