The whole small IP players are sold off (NSPK, VOCLF, INTL etc) and I don't think that they will recover soon. However, downside risk is pretty limited at this level.

On the other hand, I believes that IDTC is a much better play than NSPK. This company has potential to reach mid 30s as soon as Nasdaq recovers.
