Gambler, I was answering Greenman's request for clarification of an earlier post. To answer your question, no I do not personally feel that TSIG will walk away from the deal. It is though a matter of fact that they do have the option which was the point of clarification requested by Greenman.... I do feel however that it is likely that there will be modifications to the deal in light of the declining earnings numbers. First reported 1.4 mill Then 800k...final number?...Yet to be seen.

I do disagree with your assessment that this information is old news and irrelevant. I believe that the time it takes to finalize the transaction will be a contributing factor in the delay of a CCI launch and roll out of the web site. After all is it not in the best interest of TSIG shareholders to perform wise and prudent due dilligence so as to protect shareholder value as opposed to recklessly forging ahead?

I also believe that the earnings results of CCI are of material interest to TSIG investors. The 1.4 mill had been highly touted suggesting CCI had the uncanny ability to sell cd's at a price substantially below the competition and still post earnings of 10%. While doing my DD I did not see one mention of the the downwardly adjusted earnings fiqure (unaudited) of $800k that has been available since 4/30. Right up until 6/2 the earnings number for CCI was still being touted on this thread at 1.4 mill...... If the final earnings numbers are someone less attractive then $800k this may have a bearing on the companies ability to move forward with the same "We have the lowest price" strategy.

There seems to be some confusion over the price of TSIG that has caused some people to speculate on a variety of matters. In my opinion, the recent price slide of TSIG is due to momentum traders and lack of news. Most everyone knows that the website is due around the end of this month (along with other news), thus, most daytraders and other momentum traders are staying out until probably a week or so from now. Unfortunately, day traders usually have more cash to trade than other folks (in my experience). In addition, with low volume, the price is more subject to manipulation by MM. I and virtually everyone in the thread (including negative posters) will probably agree that TSIG will be higher at the end of the month. The key question becomes "how low will it go" and "how high will it go when it starts to run". Well, folks this ability is the key to investing in stocks. I have my target on both the low and high. I have 50,000 plus shares and am continuing to accumulate. In conclusion, there is nothing unusual or sinister going on here. It is simple momentum trading and people trying to target the bottom before it takes off towards the end of the month. New investing or speculating for some investors!!
