Len, I have the same problem with E*TRADE and I hate to call to place orders. I lost a lot a money buying and selling pennies stock because this. I made same research and the best I found so far is National Discount Brokers. Any amount of shares (pennies), limit orders and can use decimals. All for 19.99. (Market orders 14.95. And can open an account with only $ 2.000. I will open a second account with them and see how good they are. Elio
