Another question that needs answering(please add to my answer if you desire)... i am also an investor of tsig who own 100k,what is MM,what is DD, what is lurker,why is the difference of sent the shares back to me and put in the broker can you answer me? 1-MM is market maker 2-lurker is a person that reads SI but cannot or does not post 3-dd is due diligence or research 3-Once shares are physically delivered to you in the form of a stock certificate the shares are no longer available to be shorted or used in any way by mm's.They are taken out of the float.When you buy shares and do not get them physically delivered to you they may still be available to the mm's who then short them.I'm not saying it happens everytime but it does happen. B
