1.15168516218195 (42/36.4683) [$36.4683 figure is compliments of a now-fellow shareholder on the QWST thread who inquired from IR]. Interestingly enough, Qwest traded $36.50 prior to the announcement.

That nets us $36.35 of short-term depressed QWST stock, which was almost surely caused by arbitrage activity. I expect it to immediately rebound.
