The software TM uses is really good and efficient. I like equally well my real time dynamic quotes and level 2 from pcquote for 150 a month, however there are also extras to add on for more money. A lot of what goes into making ones choice is how it is all visually and mechanically designed so that the individual is comfortable and in control. Eventually, a nice large screen helps too, since you will probably want to have a lot of stuff up there at once. I use a 19 inch monitor hooked up to my 96 RAM/266 Pentium/x2 modem laptop. I also have a desktop pc, second monitor, and second isp available as backup. Now, if I could only learn how to trade....:-) Best, cd
