I compliment you on your foresight regarding the NCT Audio spin off. As you seem to have had an inside track on information, can you explain to me how a company with no money is actually going to buy three others that make over $60 Mil a year? According to Parrella in the news release today, they are promising "minimizing shareholder dilution" and maximizing the share price. It all seems like accounting alchemy to me. Can you enlighten how this grand plan will play out - IPO of NCT Audio? Bond offering? Thanks for your insight. Andy Hewson
