is my thinking wrong here, isn't a corporation essentially it's own entity, and the person at the helm, like bill gates of Microsoft, are they not hired by that entity? Treated, for tax reasons , like an employee.

I wasn't aware this was a big issue, hired ,took over , same thing to me.

Hired by whom? This is rather like asking: what was there before the Big Bang, isn't it? We've all been told for ages that Rhonda moved in, took over, revitalized CSHK. Now we discover that she was "hired". So who's the boss?

And anyone who doesn't think this is an important and relevant question is not playing with a full deck.
