Daniel, you had mentioned that you were looking at the number of trades to determine whether a stock "was good". Well, in my opinion, there are alot of crappy stocks that have alot of volume - because people jump into a stock that is moving, and don't know what the company is all about. It is more important (IMHO) to look at the management of the company, the stock structure, financing, etc. Personally, I look for patents, lack of competition, news releases that have strong news - even though there might not be that many of them (don't like companies to put out news releases every day that don't mean anything), niches, etc. I look more at who is buying and how much or little it is being "hyped". Just my opinion.....
