I disagree. That balance sheet will erode quickly if earnings momentum doesn't pick up, and quite frankly I don't see how these companies are going to deliver that in the next year or two.

I believe that an investment in SEG, WDC, QNTM, IOM will be - at best - dead money in the intermediate term. In the long term, I would look for price stabilization, exciting new technologies and niche markets before considering putting money back in. Selling cheaper and cheaper mass storage in a market already flooded with cheap mass storage is not the best business to be in right now. The down side of this cycle - IMO - still has a way to go down.
