Go back a ways,

Message 4471297

and you will find the Proxy disclosure that I posted of the management ownership. The purchase levels WW posted were significant compared to the current holding by management. I believe therefor that this is significant.

And we need some significance at this point.

Dennis

It is NOT material that the numbers per se are not huge. It is material that they are Buys and are not incidental (eg say 1,000 or less). No one is going to buy 10,000 and 15,000 of a company with a stretched balance sheet when the news is all bad and blood is in the street unless they feel comfortable that they will make money. That's the ONLY reason to buy directly n the open market. The fact that there are 3 of them adds credence to their confidence as well. Lastly, when was the last time you ever heard of a CEO and two other senior officers buy shares right in the preannouncement period ahead of a negative preannouncement?
