Don't know. I saw the dummy phone and smartcard reader at SID. The smartcard reader is better suited to the KOPN optics, because it is a backlit display, and the lenses in front need a certain focal length.

That is why they are either linear over about 2 inches (as in the smart card reader; i.e. , the light travels in a straight line), or the light is bent at a right angle with a prism (as in the VirtuoView). It is my personal opinion that the optics (at least the optics I have seen used to date) may limit the applications of the KOPN virtual display. There are at least ten companies working on these miniature displays now, and I expect that regular business factors, not unique technology, will begin to direct OEM choices within the next year. KOPN's first-to-market advantage needs to be exploited, to have significant value. Shareholders may be assuming KOPN will be alone in this market space, which is simply not the case. All just my opinion.
