Bill, that scam one really fits like a glove, doesn't it?

Not only do the conclusions fit perfectly, but I especially found the "blank sample" technique interesting, especially considering the fact that the faithful BD report of Dec15, 1995 of the IPM 103 sample report was later found to have problems identifying where the blank samples were. I think it ended up having something to do with the bags getting mixed!! :-) -
