Either was, guilty or not, this guys was negligent as hell and should've paid dearly. Hopefully his assests will be put to good use.

P.S. Where's Felderhof, now he's the definite guilty basterd!!!!

Oh, My! May he truly rest in peace! I also extend deep and sincere condolences to the family of David Walsh in this hour of loss. I'm so glad he IS at peace, since he has had NONE since the deception of deGuzman and also, by extension<?> Felderhof was brough to light!

My condolences, of course, extend to his brother, aka Mike Sloan, as well. What a personal waste of optimism and hope and fighting for the little guy/gal in the mining-investment/speculating biz! Furthermore, David set a sterling example of the non-coward's way of staying with the ship for his fine sons! May God graciously grant both strength and courage to all loved ones who still have to face the tough times without their husband and Father!

Sincerely,
O/49r

PS...thx Lalit, for posting your true sentiments as well. I'm on vacation and on a gracious friends computer. I knew he had been admitted to ICU, I didn't know he'd passed! Take care, friend.
