Sheila,

Thanks for the product information. STill do you think they offered right premium for TLXN? As a combined entity, I think they would have generated MSFT like monopoly in the field. I believe there will be another try by SBL to persuade TLXN to have friendly deal done or they will take it to the shareholders. IMHO.
