I have heard nothing, period, except that it is all on track. Like Ted said, call him. I will today, and I'll post. I would love to see this lease rich company finally take off. It sure is tying up good investment money sitting at l/2 down forever, though, and it is time to see some sort of progress here.

Good Morning Dave M

The Proxy is in the mail to you as we speak with a cover letter
announcing a special meeting Aug 6, 1998 to finalize the merger and to
approve the new company name as PetroQuest Energy Inc.
We also have a drilled well in Louisiana that we will complete and put
into production. Well should flow somewhere between 2 - 4 mmcf of gas
and 200 - 300 barrels of liquids.
