Steve,

All I want to know is, is my so called disinformation driving the price of the stock down now or is it falling on it's own accord.

Just curious?

That's not what principals of companies do,

If I were a principal of a company and it was under attack I certainly would be willing to go into a public forum --- that is if I thought I could defend the company.

besides, Allen Burditt is not an officer of Oilex.

Yes, Steve, we have clearly established this. Isn't it amazing how much authority has been granted to him, both as a "consultant to Oilex" and through his role with his 100% privately owned Phoenix Reserves.

But I'll have nothing to do with your hate driven tirade against Oilex.

No hatred here, Steve. Facts, unanswered questions and genuine concern for the shareholders of Oilex are the only things behind my posts here on SI.

You should be concerned about your inaccurate tantrums though they are getting noticed.

Obviously they are not getting noticed by the right people. One would hope that the principals of the company would notice them and do something about them --- in other words deal with them in a public forum and be done with them.

Steve, we would really like to put all of these things behind us and get on with our lives --- but, if the company is going to continue to bury it's head in the sand by refusing to look at these issues, we'll have to find another avenue.

Finally, Steve, I assume from your post that Mr. Burditt has declined my offer to meet him here on SI and resolve these issues. That's really too bad --- it was a honest attempt to resolve the questions at hand. Perhaps you could call him and have him reconsider the offer.

Oh well, I guess it says alot about Mr. Burditt and the company.
