I got the article from Canoe - it appears in the Southam papers today.
This morning's Globe says the deal is worth $547.2M but doesn't explain its derivation but I assume it includes the deemed value of the 48M IFM shares Bell will acquire.

More fun with numbers for you

rocki, someone who prefers to remain anonymous dropped me a private message with the following calculations, and I quote:

48M shares * 11.40 (close June 4th) = 547.2M$

Mpact valued EBS division at 400M$. Bell gave 54M$ cash in deal
thats 454M$. In exchange 48M shares were issued.

That means Bell paid 454M$ / 48M shares : 9.46$ per share
