Chester & Roger,

Thanks for your advice. I agree that CPQ is gonna recover in the second half of the year. Currently I am using covered call as a tool to make 7-10% out of my CPQ long monthly. For me, I want to make the timing correct when their inventory problem is solved and don't want to stick to my covered calls while losing a chance to make better gains.

I don't think CPQ long is a good hedge against DELL short right now. CPQ might stick to this range for another 3-4 months while DELL can make a run at 120 if their number for next Q is great.

I also heard lots of rumors about CPQ posting a loss for the second quarter. Well, if they miss the number again, they probably will tank another 20% (21-23). What do you guys think?
