John I got ELCC right here from BIG DOG. I took a quick peak at the information provided, heard the rumor, took a position in a fast moving market, and started watching it trade on Level II. While watching the stock trade I noticed "the wall" put up at .59 cents and some 50K blocks trade between the 3 cent spread. Not a good sign. I quickly checked Edgar, saw the Reg S and it all added up. I posted the information on the thread to alert people of this VERY important fact. It was not meant to harm but to help make people aware of VERY important fact. There is a huge overhang of stock out there that people needed to be made aware of. If I harmed anyone for pointing this out I'm sorry. If I or anyone else knew this beforehand I never would have bought ELCC. It very well may work out for ELCC. They have some exciting PCS licenses that could be quite attractive to a Nokia. I wish them well. But these forums are about sharing information whether good or bad. If I'm at fault for doing that then my bad. Good luck to you Robert
