MRV completed the Fibronics acquisition
on Sep 26, 1996 which is the 3rd Q of '96.
Sector, given this fact, do you recall
how the inventory blip happened on 2nd Q of '96?
I was not long-term enough to know about this.
At any rate going over the old posts of SI, I
don't seem to see a mention of this inventory blip.
Perhaps it was not a problem then, because MRV wasn't
covered that much by the Wall Street Journals, etc.

thanks in advance,
Mike

I believe that 190 million is the 12 trailing month revenue. With 60.8 million in the 1st quarter, it seems highly likely that 1998 revenues will be at least 250 million. 264 million also seems very achievable, and that would be triple 1996 revenues. And the stock price hasn't moved.

<<What stands out to me '96 rev's =$88 million
'98 rev's approx $190 million ...and the stock is trading
at $22+! Sheesh!>>

John, that $190 million number is for the last 4 quarters. MRVC should be closer to $270 million in revenues in 1998 - or triple 1996 revenues - and still trading at $22+! Sheesh is right.

Those are both excellent sites. I like the Java chart of the first one.
