MRK..European markets up and Hong Kong as well.. especially oil and pharmaceuticals. Talks about ASTRA and MERCK could bring up the pharmaceutical sector today. Merck talking selling 50% stake in ASTRA.

TheStreet.com reporting heavy out of the money call activity in AOL on rumours of an ATT buyout or AOL taking DIGI's place in the SP 500.

They point out that this is not the first time this situation has occured.
