Barbara, after we shareholders learned of the unrestricted private placements with the Kernaghan bunch, I believe the company stated they would not do that again and, in the future, there would be a lock-up period on shares issued for this purpose. I hope they maintain that stance.

On trading: I think even the market makers were a little surprised the interest wasn't there as a result of the most recent company news release. They positioned themselves in anticipation of a price rise based on sudden buying which never materialized. I certainly don't like the spread that exists early this morning at 1.43 X 1.56 which is a "standoff-ish" position.

Interestingly, this is one of the companies the market makers seem to follow closely unlike others where they don't even have a clue what the company does. A good example of that was DIXS when the company released news in the afternoon a couple of days ago. I did 30 minutes of company inspection and mulling and finally bought in - as did lots of others - at 34 cents. The market makers sold 300,000 shares in a short time without raising the price more than one tick. Overnight is when they learned the news and the price opened the next morning over a buck. Sometimes it pays to have ignorant market makers. I digress. Let's hope the conference call today creates some excitement and we can get this TPI price moving.
