I thik there has never been a doubt that both Israel and India have nuclear weapons...And why not? If one looks at Russia that is running a biggest racket vis-a-vi the world by demonstrating an incompetency and scare of its nuclear maintanance program..every country, especially as Big as India must have some to be paid attention to... Israel is a different story...Nuclear bomb is pretty much useless in their neighbourhood..too close, except for tactical weapons such as neutron bomb (kills people in tanks, but not tanks) Israeli Program is very likely pretty much Russian Program (I am sure quite a few ex-Soviet Jews wizards running it) As for India-Israeli ties, the only one I knew of was Zubin Mehta, conducting Israeli philarmonic orchestra...but makes sense..Now China-Pakistan, Russia-Israel-India...with Bill C in power not a promising scenario...
