With all these telecommunications mergers going on...
I wouldn't be surprised if one day we get some news that Westell will merge with some other company. It may not be a bad thing since this stock is really being depressed. Or maybe a corporate takeover will happen :)

Holding long at this point.....No choice...(SIIGHHH)

Few have hyped more than WSTL. Long time WSTL holders remember former Chairman Gary Seamans infamous "dominos are falling" and "we have signed contracts we cannot disclose" statements. Trey and I were so angry we briefly discussed a class action suit.

My feeling is that, with so many "Top Guns" involved - including Texas Instruments, Motorola, Lucent, Cisco, which released a lineup of DSL products last week - and dozens of others, why bother with WSTL - the little company that can't shoot straight?

For the record, I sold my WSTL shares earlier this year at a substantial loss, but I continue to monitor the stock activity in the hope that I can spot a buyout in the making and recover something. Perhaps someone will put WSTL out of its misery.

Good luck to all.
