To me Xerox means copier. And in the computer field
The first one come to mind is mouse and Smalltalk which
IMO influence our current GUI a lot(Mac and Windows)

Only a few minor ones - graphical user interfaces, computer networking and object oriented programming languages probably top the list.

Will the Merced be consider in license patent by FTC now that it's delayed? Or will that make it a moot issue?
