We all keep a different time perspective, I suppose. I note that the three month old information started the down-trend in price that only leveled off recently. Its not clear to me that there is an uptrend to regain the high, or whether the price will continue to erode after the pause that refreshes to the 8 - 10 level that I predict should be the price of SYNT. Perhaps upgrading the value of this stock could support your hopes and dreams of higher price; until then the downgrade seems to maintain a strong influence in the price trend...I hope that answers your why question.
