I used to "believe" in the DII story - growing by leaps and bounds through strategic acquisitions and cross selling their expertise. Now I'm beginning to wonder based on the Orbit debacle and now this.

Their last quarterly earnings announcement made some pretty positive forward looking statements. I understand that business conditions change but most other companies at least try to temper any enthusiasm the PR dept. might be dishing out with a dose of reality.

I've read countless 10Ks, 10Qs from companies that have a track record of being able to execute their business plan flawlessly and they all are full of caveats and cautions. I'm beginning to wonder if management at DII has a handle on business conditions and their position in the market.
