I have looked at any way to do anything with the warrants and there is nothing that can be done. The shareholders meeting cannot pass anything on the structure of the warrants. I mean nothing. Only the requirements being met to my knowledge.

Warrants are the safetest of the trilogy because you can buy them and accumulate while waiting to see if the company get a contract. The best buy really because they have no hard assets or revenues except for what warrants are being exercised to my knowledge since they got out of the oil & gas exploration arena.

SHould Arcon land a JV they will have more shares than they would buying the sommon and if a buy out comes I have discovered that the warrants are included and the exercise Price is deducted form the buyout. So really they are very good safe buy.

Once they are exercising the price should move right on up.
