Donald: As you have said, I've been a long time holder of IATV. I firmly believe in the company. I will be a holder for some time to come. As Frank G. posted, I don't think I would want to sell on the first pop of the stock with any significant news. It's future potential could be tremendous. I don't believe anyone could have answered the question of undeclared shorting, because it's not reported. I brought it up because it interested me and I wanted to see what others thought. ACTV has been doing a good job of buying out some of the convertible preferred's and most of the others have sold a large portion of their position. IMO this leaves them and the shareholders in a good position for the upcoming rollouts and future Eschool contract. The threat of the preferreds is diminishing. June 30th is the last scheduled pay out. June 29, I believe is the annual shareholders meeting. Reading between the lines, I think good news is coming shortly.
