By John G. Spooner

ZDNNCompaq Computer Corp. will go digital on Monday with the introduction of its Corporate Communicator, a 56K-bps modem that can communicate over companies' PBX systems, according to sources.
ÿ ÿ
ÿ THE MODEM, AN internal card for notebooks and PCs, will allow integration of voice and data over a single PBX connection, the sources said, eliminating the need for separate analog modem lines.
ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿThe Houston-based company's Communications Product Group expects the Corporate Communicator to open the door to new computer telephony integration applications, sources said.
ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿCompaq officials declined to comment on unannounced products.
