Meanwhile, back at the future, has anyone considered the potential significance for CGI of MPACT Immedia being brought into the BCE fold? For anyone unfamiliar with MPACT, it's a small e-commerce firm that has just been turned into one of Canada's largest e-commerce player as a result of this week's "significant transaction" with Bell Canada. The important thing to CGI is this - Mpact, in spite of its size, has over 50% of its sales in the US and around the world and has established many partnerships that will be highly useful in opening cross-selling doors for CGI in the years ahead.
