thanks T.BILL.. that is much clearer.. only issues we have are 1) how is the bottom line for PKGP 2) do they have the 2 financing deals they need.. and as you stated.. YES, one of those financing packages is CRUCIAL so they can pay off the debenture holders for good. the other is to be used to expand/grow the company... we aren't going to stray too far from this one.. I personally want to know what good or (bad??) things come out from PKGP and am hopeful that things will really work out for everyone.. watching, for now, from the sidelines.. jim

I wonder if their saying that financing is not an issue means that financing is a done deal and were not to worry about it. Something is definitely in the works here. Just joined on the board and getting excited about the prospects for this company.
