I have been silent and trying to learn the dynamics of the warrants.

1.) if you accumulate you can partically sell and exercise
2.) IF you accumulate you can get intial back on them (if you are wise) quickly
3.) If you acumulate you can "no risk" Arbitrage them (consult broker)
4.) No voting rights but they are consider a security in a buy out.
5.) If they drp the exercise price again because I doubt they will raise it you get dirt cheap shares of common.

Now warrants are a mystery to average investor and as we growing in our stock market experience we learn things. This is why I say knowledge of the market is what sets you apart from the masses.

I admit I would like to see them exercised but a mentor explained the concept of the warrants to me and everyone knows I am hardheaded.

Well I make no excuses for that but you have really got to SHOW me where you are right and I am wrong. Has to make logic sense lets face it we want all we can get for our money.
