Regarding the stock buyback, on the NYSE, and maybe NASDAQ as well, the companies cannot buy back their stock during the first and last half hour of trading. I doubt that applies here, in the jungle they call the BB.

Anyone know?

I don't know this from any DD, but it would seem logical that they would hold the shares. Part of the appeal of moving to a listed exchange is attracting larger investors, i.e. institutions, and the float on INFE is already much too small for those folks. Hopefully, the board will choose to split the stock to accomplish this rather than print new shares. As far as calling in certs, since part of the buyback is to avenge self-serving short sales, I would say the answer has to be YES.
