Seems this is my case. I bought a stock in day 1 near market close, sold next day morning, bought back afternoon, sold day 3 morning. Maybe this caused my account restrictions. Thanks.

Daddy, I think you are mistaken. I believe the SEC would look at times of execution. My understanding is that the brokerages due to system limitations tend to look at things at the end of the day. But if there was a complaint, the times do matter. I'm just relaying what I've been told by credible people.
