NEWS!!!!!!!!!

Transformation Processing Inc. (OTCBB:TPII) announced today that the Company has
signed a contract with Advanced Elastomers Systems (AES) of Akron, Ohio, the world
leader in engineered thermoplastic elastomers, to provide Year 2000 Information
Technology (IT)/Embedded Manufacturing and Facilities Systems'services. The contract
calls for TPI to carry out assessment activities in Advanced Elastomers Systems
information technology systems, as well as in embedded chips found in AES'
manufacturing and equipment devices.

The announcement was made by Dr. Mark Burfield, TPI Vice President of
Professional Services, who stated that "TPI is providing a full assessment of both
manufacturing and facilities technology as well as IT assets at AES sites in the United
States, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan.
Using our Embedded/2000 methodology, TPI is able to mitigate its clients' non-IT Year
2000 risk, a risk that will far exceed that of information technology."

An embedded system is the code that is built into special purpose microchips that
inhabit just about every modern electronic device. They are found in power plants,
manufacturing facilities, water and sewage systems, medical devices and military
equipment. The list also includes planes, trains, ships, automobiles, elevators,
telephones, alarm systems and a multitude of other equipment devices.

"We are confident that with TPI's support, we will be able to provide our global
customers a transparent, uninterrupted flow of business with the turn of the century,"
said AES Vice President, Operations, Carl Voellmecke.
